INCREASE INSIGHT INTO HOW THE BODY HOLDS STRESSFUL THOUGHTS and FEELINGS.

LEARN SIMPLE TECHNIQUES to RELEASE STRESS, INCREASE RESILIENCE and VITALITY.

No previous experience with art or meditation is needed as we identify inner physical sensations, encourage release and relief of stressful symptoms, and discover new ways to respond to personal and professional challenges.

REGISTRATION FEE is $500 for this twelve-hour experiential group process. 12 CEUs offered

Participants will experience how the energies of stressful inner tensions can be moved and externalized, out of the body and into visual imagery.
